Worst company. They just give fake hopes, they just want you to work as fulltime employees with the salary of intership, even after completing the intership. Really dirty politics. So don't go for this company.

Work culture is disgusting , no incentives on time , no personal life , everything is disgusting.

Nothing, it's an extremely toxic workplace run by yes men (at least the business development teams). Most of the positive reviews you see here are filled by employees under force and pressure from their managers.

... need to be available 24x7, literally) - Complacent HR - Unreasonable managers - Very loose concept of weekly off, national holidays or their compensation offs. - Immense negative impact on mental health

...ways motivate you to touch the sky. Incentives are very high if uoi can achieve. Salary on time. There is mandatory 6 month internship for beginers then they will convert them as FTE depending upon their performance.

There is month end pressure to meet the target. Everything is good at cuemath.

Good Colleagues. Smart, kind people with knowledge about education. The founder is an educator and very involved in everything.

Lots of chaos. Very sarkari atmosphere. Some useless people who draw less salary but do minimal work and get by.

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present Management could improve is employee retention. We’ve had preety good turnover and I can feel the whole team’s mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise, it’s a great office environment and I’ve enjoyed all of the work.
