CueBlocks management understands and respects person's personal space and urgencies and maintain work life balance . They stand for there employees.

Less opportunity for trainings, limited appraisals after you reach a salary bar.

The two big reasons for anyone to consider working at CueBlocks are the management, and the employees. The management not only accommodates you for having a different approach for problems, but also encourages it. While being treated with respect, and empathy is a rarity in corporate culture, CueBlocks does it effortlessly. The colleagues actually work as a team, contributing in each other' success and growth. If you don't know something you will be helped and educated, rather than being discouraged. At CueBlocks you will have an opportunity to learn from team members who are all experts in their domain.

For now, it's like searching for a needle in a haystack when it comes to finding any cons. This place seems to be on a mission to be as flawless as a unicorn riding a rainbow! Rest assured, I'm keeping my detective hat on, but so far, it's been smooth sailing without a storm cloud in sight.

Good work life balance. There is wealth of knowledge that you can gain from the senior developers, provided you exhibit the enthusiasm to learn and improve your skills. Given the small team size, there are not too many people to hand hold you all the time. So staying motivated to invest in self learning is crucial. The seniors in team are supportive, but they encourage you to take initiative and seek solution before seeking their inputs.

The management can focus a little on creating avenues for team to meet and bond outside of the workfloor as well.
