...d heavy work load employees get very little pay for the work they’ve done. There will be no increments or promotion or bonus in cube45. If you give way too much extra from your monthly tasks, with no deductions (break LOP’s) and with no emergency or causal leaves, you may get 2000rs bonus; this for the writers, don’t know about other teams. There will no development in your works, you’ve to write the same kind of article every single day. Cube45 is simply a strict working place, where you don’t get any freedom to write, speak or answer or work/explore something different.

Only writers have to work for low pay. SME and proof reader can rule the team by having good rapport with manager. Useless meeting for SMEs where they talk only about others personal things like relationship..

One can earn limitlessly based on their performance. No work pressure or external disturbance. Supportive colleagues. Overall a nice place to work peacefully and earn accordingly based on your performance.

Frankly speaking there is nothing to dislike about organization. Organisation helps in employee's growth and career but people working with us make us pissed off sometimes which happens everywhere. Needs some additional attention on training new joiners, have to focus on technical stuffs.
