One can earn limitlessly based on their performance. No work pressure or external disturbance. Supportive colleagues. Overall a nice place to work peacefully and earn accordingly based on your performance.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking there is nothing to dislike about organization. Organisation helps in employee's growth and career but people working with us make us pissed off sometimes which happens everywhere. Needs some additional attention on training new joiners, have to focus on technical stuffs.

Work Details

Overall a nice place to work and earn. Nice organization where you can develop your skills simultaneously without any disturbance. One thing I like very much about Cube 45 is freedom to work.

Employees at cube45 don’t get to work at flexible timings, 9 to 6 is the standard timing and 6 days a week. Employees get one day week off (Saturday)/per month and employees on their provision period do not get any week off, only emergency leave allowed with specified lose of pay (LOP). Employees are given 30 mins (overall break) and 30 mins (lunch break) , within which they’ve to finish their lunch and get back to work, otherwise there will be deduction according to the extra time they spent. Mobile phones, lunch bag, handbag, shoulder bag are not allowed inside the cabinet. Employees are suppose to put the mobile in silent and should be given to watchmen. Expect HR and team head, all other employees are not allowed to use mobile inside office and even in cafeteria also. PF funds are so high, after completing the tasks with lot of pressure and heavy work load employees get very little pay for the work they’ve done. There will be no increments or promotion or bonus in cube45. If you give way too much extra from your monthly tasks, with no deductions (break LOP’s) and with no emergency or causal leaves, you may get 2000rs bonus; this for the writers, don’t know about other teams. There will no development in your works, you’ve to write the same kind of article every single day. Good company for beginners. They can get a good exposure to friendly working environment. And, Mr.David who is the Managing Director is very friendly with the employees. But for a long term, I think it may not be a good place.
