There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

3 p's are missing Project Pay Promotions. The talent mapping is not done properly. Person with one Talent is assigned to protect which does not require that Talent. Pay is not competitive with market condition.

...fortunately i never got a project like that after I asked for a location change. Since then my salary increments are NIL also promotion. I have been switching the projects in every year (not due to my fault due to ramp down happened in projects due to fund issue) and all that badly and inversely affected me. What more to tell if you didnt get a nice Team and project then you wouldn't get promotion and increments. for this 4 years my salary incremented from 5 to 7 that is it. hardly i am getting in hand 42K to 56k monthly
