...he job due to all insults, disrespect, work pressure etc , the real game starts. You have to stay months to serve the notice period and they don't pay a single penny salary during that period. So, guys, if have or going to have offer from Ctrls, please do rethink.

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. Also, you can never ever have your own time because even after having leaves you aren’t allowed to utilise it. You will have to be available 24/7 here.

...esources. Ive learned a lot from my team leader, and we have a good manager too. Im satisfied with the salary package they provide me. The health insurance offered is also good, with regular health checkups for employees, including coverage for employees, parents, and in-laws.

Nice salary and company culture. Safety is given prime importance. Flexible working hours. Less work pressure.

If you are a fresher and you want to go in any specific department, you are not given a choice to go in that department at first and have to serve in any other department for at least 18 months. After that interview will be scheduled for you for job rotation. They have 3 months of notice period.
