Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. Also, you can never ever have your own time because even after having leaves you aren’t allowed to utilise it. You will have to be available 24/7 here.

Nice salary and company culture. Safety is given prime importance. Flexible working hours. Less work pressure.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher and you want to go in any specific department, you are not given a choice to go in that department at first and have to serve in any other department for at least 18 months. After that interview will be scheduled for you for job rotation. They have 3 months of notice period.

Learning opportunities are awesome, but they not providing any KT or help.

...rk 10 to 11Hr. There is no such a peaceful work, feeling like we are in market. Everyone is very busy to work because of targets, if target not complete then salary cut there.

Reddyism, your views and ideas will never be implemented. No direction for project. Worst reporting Manager who doesn't have skills to judge my skill. Even though you are Manager you will transport by Bus for intercity. And no matter what goes wrong VP will never support you unless you put resignation
