Nothing Everything is terrible Thank God I am not working here now.

Dislikes

Salary is a joke. Undeserving and less experienced and less qualified people are getting better salaries than those who are truly deserving. No job security. They fire people instantly and tell them to leave the same day. Everything counts on admission numbers. They provide admission duties to faculty and non teaching staff. Weekly 24 to 26 hour teaching load. Management is the worst.

The campus is good but the management is worst.

No faith on employees. They can say anything to you at anytime according to thier mood swings. When you try to switch you'll get a legal notice to return the sallery & TA , after few days there will be FIR too as fraud. They don't think about your career & all.
