As many companies in this pandemic time, calling their employees to office, instead of working at home. CS Soft Solutions giving employees an alternate to WFH. The company management has been supportive in this Covid19 time.

Transaction of salary at right time. Cooperative management , There is elimination, if anyone has less work or no work in this pandemic time. No dislikes from my side .. Just keep continue in good things.

CS Soft Solutions used to be a good and reputed name in the market few years back but not now.

...are all directly hired from their institute and most of them are of same origin. Salary and benefits are at the minimum level as per the market standards. Promotions and appraisals are far below the market standards. Job security is extremely poor. So for the last few years mostly 3 years, company was unsuccessful to get regular projects and also long term committed projects. Most of the projects usually last upto 3 months, as freshers are assigned to the client by faking experiences. No focus on skill development/learning for the team as well as at the individual levels. The seniors are not up to date according to the new technologies.

....The company mostly hires freshers and rerely employs experienced professionals. After completing 2-3 years with the company and the salary reaches around 3.5L, the management often claims poor performance as a reason to terminate employees. Job security is extremely poor. The company was unsuccessful to get regular projects and long-term project. Most of the project usually last 1 month. No foucs on skill development. learning for the team as well as at the individual levels. The company is terrible in every way; it feels like a jail for employees. There is no work curture. Just go sit and complete your working hours. Team lead comes to the office at 12 o'clock, assigns the task to 12:30, and says to complete them the same day before leaving for home. Team lead comes to office to late and leaves early.

Good to meet some good and helpful people but as started they were very few.

Dislikes

...handle clients, just keep shouting and using abusive language on new developers. Extremely poor pay and no work life balance. Please try to avoid this place at all costs.

There is no work cultural in the company. Just go sit and complete your working hours. No birthday celebration, no party, no activity for employees, no company trips, etc. Some time have to work on Saturday and Sunday also.
