Everything is bad in this co. Every one is involved in the politics and BH is doing high politics and Management is also involved in this bad politics. No chance of promotion and salary increment.

As company is new so growth and learning both are there, also you can in touch with all department heads , vast learning platform and you are directly in touch with management.

really nothing ............ hardly if i remember, well one thing only when coffee machine late ready to serve.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. My wish please give me one chance work with csl financial services Ltd
