Role Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will be the key leader responsible for the overall success of the branch. You will manage branch operations, lead a team, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your ability to drive sales, manage risks, and ensure compliance will be crucial to your success.
Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure efficient functioning.
- Manage branch resources, including personnel, facilities, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Business Development and Sales:
- Drive business growth by achieving branch sales targets for LAP and School Loans.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with1 customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. -
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Implement and monitor risk management practices to mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address compliance issues.
