Salary is very low compare with the other hospital and I want to learn something about new cases and treatment here the other than I learned here

I love to be a part.of the health.team.its a challenging post.The.company criteria is to.take.up.any leadership.post.any.time i am told to do so.,which has made me more efficient.and cofident.to.face challenges.I have job.satisfaction.

I am discriminated by religious denominations.Now i feel there is.no job security.
