...outed on you and he thinks you are always wrong. There is no value of your work. Salary is not getting on time. This person always torched out. This company level is below enterprises level. All this positive reviews are fake. You will be left job after internal management harassment. Better way find another job or do current job.

Company's management is very good at heart, but lacks good decision making skills. No common policy for all employees, management will analyse every employee/project seperately and deals with him accordingly. With no new projects comming up, no salary has been provided since past few months.

Dislikes

...new projects comming up. Very week enthu on sales part for getting new projects. Need to always ask management for monthly salary compensation.

There is nothing to like about the company. They way they operate, this can't be called as a company. the culture is worst than a vegetable seller. Yes if one can enjoy politics, not to enjoy work ethics, this company can provide the opportunity.

Dislikes

Everything is bad here. The MD Mr. Jitendra Sarangi never has a clear mindset what he wants. If you talk to him, he changes his mind within 10mins. He will promise a fantastic world for only 10mins and would start confusing you the moment you talk about the action in that line. The word worst also not sufficient to explain CSI.
