politics Ineligible senior Seniors don't know anything about work, they only know how to brag. Sycophants get promotions. Sycophants are good and hardworking and people who actually work don't get any respect. The work of sycophants is also given to those who work and the sycophants take the credit for it. Even HR doesn't listen to anyone. The HR of this company is useless. Whoever you complain to, he goes and tells the same to the boss and then that boss makes your life hell.

...ronment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary, bonus, and every year 10% of increment of salary.

There is a lots of pressures, warnings of salary holding, career growth is slow, no secure future, there is an agreement for a year of contract of job but no future, no life security. Most ever dislike is asking to work on Sundays and holidays.

...ates are Compelled to work here. No training. No job security. No Career Growth. There is hardly any increment in salary. Lots of politics. Top management earning heavily with the support of govt. All figures & nos. of achievements are on papers but not on ground. Lots of travel. No proper sitting. No innovation. There is no work life balance. Completely a wasted company.
