There is a lots of pressures, warnings of salary holding, career growth is slow, no secure future, there is an agreement for a year of contract of job but no future, no life security. Most ever dislike is asking to work on Sundays and holidays.

All figures & nos. of achievements are on papers but not on ground. Lots of travel. No proper sitting. No innovation. There is no work life balance. Completely a wasted company.

Sycophants are good and hardworking and people who actually work don't get any respect. The work of sycophants is also given to those who work and the sycophants take the credit for it. Even HR doesn't listen to anyone. The HR of this company is useless. Whoever you complain to, he goes and tells the same to the boss and then that boss makes your life hell.
