...es take follow-up in every field & makes your life worse. Pathetic work culture. Favoritism is on the higher side when it comes to salary increments & promotions. Stringent office timing & they will mark every time you step ur foot outside of the office for any break. No Hierarchy maintained here

It is a good experience to work with CS Trade Link. Director is very good and cooperative. Salary and compensation is paid on time. Proper balance of personal and professional life.

Leave policy could have been in more constructive manner. Salary scale is bit on the lower side. Else everything is good.

Because it has a branch 'Idestiny' which is Apple premium reseller. that provides opportunities to learn and work

Only in matter for career and salary growth that is very poor If a candidate is hired in 10 thousand salary then it's salary Will be same upto last that doesn't matter how much he is talented and how much time he given for that company

Work freedom is there.Pay is ok.But in my 4 years of professional experience,I came upon this company and got to know that a company don't have a single holiday for employee in 365 days.Work work work work no life is there.

The company doesn't even deserve a single star. We all heard about the award "Great Place To Work" but if there were an award called "Worst Place To Work" this compay would win it. Leave policy exists only on paper. If someone takes leave for a genuine reason such as their child's hospitalization, next day director forces them to submit resignation letter. There are no proper week -off facilities. If someone is close to director, they enjoy special priviliges such as Hill Station Trip, Europe Trip on every 2-3 months. If employee resign then forget about receving full and final settlement(FnF), here FnF stands for "Forget & Forgive"
