The company police is to hire fresher in the name of internship but work as a associate and when the employee work as a intern for the period they assigned and make it to be employee, they just increases the period of internship and say we will hire you as a employee afterwards that to cut the cost of employee but make them work like employee with never paid the stipend on due time.

Pros: -Global clients -Competitive pay for a mid-sized organization

Dislikes

Cons: -The work culture is toxic. Say hello to the call that will ruin your evening or weekend. Talking and demeaning even those in senior positions is a way of life. The attrition rate can tell you everything you need to know. Most people leave within the first year and almost everybody leaves by the second or third. -Depending on your position, the top bosses can make your life hell. They don't trust any of their employees and show the least amount of interest in their professional development. -Unethical practices are not uncommon. Be it cheating delaying payments to vendors or indirectly bribing clients for projects, it can all be done. -Senior management has no vision for the company. Every day is an opportunity for a new whim and fancy.

The company is open to innovation and appreciate people with new ideas. There is a little grooming and job training for freshers.I love the fact that I am a part of that team and company that's market reliable, high-quality services and has a superb client base.I also got an chance to visit new place like chennai. But on-site travel is completely depends on your project and client's location. Another plus point was that my colleagues from various different culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

If you want to grow you have to suffer a little so as usual like other companys. Sometimes I have worked 13-14 hrs. I also got appreciation letter from company for my work. So it's worth it.
