Operations Manager. (One Side Communicator) If you like Humiliation in front of your junior, senior or anyone else meet Freddy Irani sir. Reason is unnecessary for him to insult his employees. He might be think that his employees are sl**ves I promise you 10 hrs duty time, constant working pressure, 13K in-hand salery from so-called 18k CTC, Unprofessional Work ethics will sounds small front of Dealing with Operations Manager. During my experience with CS Components I was constant Under fear of Operations Manager Because He was Unpredictable behaviour.

This company is very much acquired with employees having already a business and no career growth. Job Security is Nil...Owner has no Rappo with Employees, he is very much tend to listen and take decisions, rather involving and giving his own reviews.

I dislike the managements attitude towards employee, no job security.

Company is very much keen towards employees, work culture is good, management is a bit stubborn when it comes to emplyees increment & employees benefits. Company policies are all flexible.

I have served 3.5 years to this company in service department but seniors & Manager levels play a bad politics to safe there chairs that too in this pandemic situation.

A cs components in best co. for mechanical engineer. There are best cnc machines in Gujarat. There best advances machines like wather jet, laser and many more and all have high capacity in production. One department never disturb to another one. Manpower is much helpful

Dislikes

Behaviour of general manager, mostly I didn't like By this behaviour, workers goes depressed. By this result goes deficit.
