This company is very much acquired with employees having already a business and no career growth. Job Security is Nil...Owner has no Rappo with Employees, he is very much tend to listen and take decisions, rather involving and giving his own reviews.

Company is very much keen towards employees, work culture is good, management is a bit stubborn when it comes to emplyees increment & employees benefits. Company policies are all flexible.

Dislikes

I have served 3.5 years to this company in service department but seniors & Manager levels play a bad politics to safe there chairs that too in this pandemic situation.

Work Details

I was the only person in service department & i struggled a lot to develop team for execution. There was always a good opportunity with different tasks to get a new experience.
