I have been in this company for nearly 2 years now. It promises you when it says “The Single Most best experience of your career” The people, the management especially is the most understanding and solution oriented people I have ever met. There’s no blame culture here, it’s the process that is blamed. The company is hands down very ethical and won’t go back from something they promised.

I don't have any dislikes about the company. So I believe implementing more sustainable practice within the company could align with our values and contribute positively to the environment.

Amazing workplace. If you are in the XR space and looking for a great place to kickstart your career, Cryenx Labs is THE place for you! Great work mates and culture as well. Couldn't ask anything more from a company where the founder would sit with the employees every day and discuss work and everything else!

Sometimes the work would spill pretty late into the day.

Work Culture - All employees from all departments are open minded and they are open to learn from eachother. This is only possible if you have good management and leadership, and there is. Ownership is a valued trait. It's upto you if you push yourself and take your work from level 1 to level 10. And in young companies there's no limit , you can push yourself to level 100. Your vision matters! From tech standpoint - any developer here has room to learn so many different stacks and different kinds of projects. Make the best of it!
