They provide flexibility with work timing, there is no culture at all, some how there is some amount of job security you can expect. Company management is not proper.

...from your regular work. No weekend off, sometime they ask you to work in Sunday. Salary is very less as compared to other company. Generally they hire their students in very less salary. There is no on-job training for freshers hence experienced person has to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...RONMENT AND CULTURE. TEAMMATES ARE SUPPORTIVE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS TRANSPARENT.COMPANY POLICIES ARE GOOD,APPRAISALS ARE FAIR AND THEY GIVE GOOD SALARY HIKE AND BONUS BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

Sudhanshu is terrible person . Don't have any knowledge, terrible in English.. his brother is mannerless and his family is also same

Hr will never cooperate HR will not give you proper information regarding everything they need to hire more experience people , while leaving company they took 2 month to provide salary and final settlement amount experience letter and other documents after sending 40 email I received everything.
