Most people were very supporting. I enjoyed helping children learn very much.

Dislikes

My internship mentor told us to fundraise Rs.10,000 and if we can't, then we should pay from our own pocket or ask our parents to pay. Interns who did not pay were not given the certificate even though they did other work.

The job is Very interesting in Starting but forthcoming Days Jobs are Very Boring

The Organisation Director Treats a Employee to their Home Servant like Wash the their Two wheeler and Pay their Electricity Bill and treat like a Professional to the Post man

The senior are not good and don't understand person problem that really very bad for the person sitting in the higher post... I am very upset with this

It is an organisation founded by Visionary leader Ripan Kapur, Indian legend of child Rights. Has the potential if leaderships are unbiased and truly knowledgeable,may emerge as one and only Child Right organisation of India. Pioneer of fund raising.

Dislikes

Leadership are influenced by biases. Stagnated top leadership. So much office politics. Mostly data management and paper work. No reading and academic atmosphere. Absence of proper strategic direction. Change of programme strategy and approach without evaluating what went wrong and what was good. Absence of proactive effort for staff retention. Absence of specialised thematic leaders.

The mission of working for the betterment of future of every child. CRY has a family type atmosphere.

Dislikes

Less scope for promotion as there are people working in the senior positions for 20-30 years. Thus there is less chance for you to get promoted.
