... PLEASE CHOOSE TO BE UNEMPLOYED RATHER THAN CHOOSING TO WORK WITH THESE F*CKERS. They will find 10000 ways of cutting your salary. And as soon as you are gonna hit your one month mark, they will kick you out of the company on performance basis without even paying you a single penny. This is not an organisation that will last long. I want to drag them to court and put a full stop to this foolishness all for once but thats a discussion for some another day. PLEASE DONT JOIN THESE BUNCH OF LOSERS WITH ATTITUDE PROBLEM, it will be better for your career.

Worst company I've ever seen in my life. There is no benefit for employee...No PF, No ESI, company running in a residential area, No man power, very poor employer system.. The Directors are feeling less they have no feelings for any employee. If any employee need an emergency financial help they will not help..but yss for marketing job this company has good industry. Company deals with some govt clients so field staff has a opportunity to meet high level govt officers even ministers also....but still I suggest ignore this company job offer nd try some other one...

....like employee has no benefits of ESI, PF, field boy insurance and conveyances..There's no festival bonus, they have lots of rules and terms but no any one terms in favour of employee all terms nd conditions are in favor of company directors. They can change any rule, terms nd fines in his contract against of employee but they can not change only one rule in favor of employee..

...enuka, all of them are doing harassment. In their offer letter they mentioned . "In case you leave the job in the first month you will not be entitled to any salary" They will ask you to work for them in free for first 4 days in the name of training. Bhuklande "You will be on training period of 4 days and thereafter you will be put on the rolls of the company. You may well be advised that during the training period, the company will not be offering you any salary" Lala company ki ek aur cheap policy " all proofs will be verified by the HR department and only when a clarity is obtained then your appointment will be finalized" Or yejbhosdiwale hamare se hamare relatives , landlord, friends ke number mangte h. Wo bhi kam se kam 4 logo ke. Chor Lala company. Abey kon magta h relative landlord friend ke number. Sirf reference number mangte h. Pata nhi kaha se itni 3rd class policy bana rkhi h. Sab policy inke favour me. Employee k favour me ek bhi policy nhi. Pehle 6 month koi chutti nahi agar kar lo to paisa katenge. Field me.jao aur company ka kaam karo aur conveyance ke paise bhi apni bi Jeb se lagao, wah kya kehne. Jo log yaha join karte h wo sab bhag jate hai. Koi nhi tikta yaha. Sab inke family members kaam krte h yaha. Ghatiya cheap lala company. Not recommended at all. Salary bhi nhi dete ye log . Aur ha ek ghatiya policy aur Saturday aur Monday chutti karo to sunday ka bhi paise katenge ye chor log. Sandwich karenge ye chutti ko. Hahaha. My foot aaa thooo Time pe office aao 9:30 late huye to paise katenge. Bc tum log baniye ke parchoon ke dukaan khol ke baith jao. Aur bolte h, jao lead le ke aao, cold calling karo, hame dhakka gaadi nhi chahiye, Salary percentage based milegi, 4 lakh ke sale karoge to 4% salary hogi matlab 16000. Are itna to log incentive me baat dete hai log baag khus hoker har month. Bakwas company.

This is a review from the management perspective. Our company CRUSADERS was started with just 10,000 rupees and we are till today a bootstrapped self funded profitable company. The only way for us to grow and sustain in the industry is to work hard and make profits year on year. We value talent and we try and make a very good connect with people once they show some level of value towards the organisation. Most of our staff (the good performers have worked with us for a bare minimum 5 years) There have been 100's of such people in the history and present of this company. They spend that much time only cause they get growth (personal and financial) and also an emotional connect from the management. I really wish there would be a forum to review bad employees as most of the negative and bad comments are given by people who were never really interested in performing in the job and wanted salary for just attendance and thats not how it works. Its futile to comment on what people have said with a personal bias. But for those of you who are reading things and getting influenced ... please understand negative people exist in this world but if we have been going strong on our own for the past 25 years + irrespective of ups and downs we have done so on the strength provided by the good people who have worked and treated this company as family. If you want a company that can help you develop your personal and professional skills please join us as we need good performance oriented talent to help us grow the company together.
