The work pressure is too much and they pressured to the employee.They did not provide any additional allowance even the did not provide salary on time.managment also not good here they don't know how to speak with a female. In night they did not provide me cab facility in night shift I have to manage travel by my self in night shift. WORST COMPANY IN PUNE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY

...r weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. When you have any concern & you speak to the HR, you will get 1 fixed answer We will get back to you.
