The company is moving towards growth especially in design and development. The compensation is good. The work is creative and the management is supporting the ideas of the employees. Easily accessible and located in an IT park and has a nice ambience to work on. Have a lot of opportunity for career growth.

I like the work culture at Crunchleads. Never had to worry for job security. Management paid salaries on time without any deductions especially during the COVID pandemic. While most of the companies are laying of their employees, we got good support from management during these tough times. Team mates are very supportive and a good place to learn about everything. NO LAY OFF till now.Easy access to all teams and can learn new things by having conversation with senior who has more than 7 years experience.

There is no job security and they doesn't know to manage a company and employees of a company.... The attrition rate is toooo high.... Friends please enquire 2-3 times before you join.
