Most of them are working from last 15 years. Not implementing what is required for company's growth. Internal politics. Lacking Domain knowledge.

Wfh , since they don't have a proper office , only warehouse , specifically for relocation / logistics not records management. Both work separately

They give ask to leave letter without intimation or warning letter so be prepared for that , you have to be their favourite to keep your job safe . A lot of discrimination between different employees and I have seen 2-3 guys given ask to leave and managers also leaving the company a lot now

Need to restructure or explore hirerarchy of the organisation in way that performer should get more opportunities in organization with better profile.

Crown Worldwide Singapore provides me a excellent platform and opportunity to work as a trainee where i learned warehouse and transport operations. Even though Co-staffs are from different Cultural background they behaved friendly and helped me to overcome hurdles, Challenges in day-to-day operations.

HR team is below Par, Top Management is not growth driven, Poor localisation for India market. India Management comprises majority of South Indians and this has a say in your career growth. Company is a fast sinking ship.
