Nothing, none of the factors are likable here, It is the Worst company to work, never appreciate your work, you will work till bone but never get recognition because of so toxic managers, they are so toxic that your urge to learn new things will get suppress, from upper management to lower management all are fake, the more you work hard the more they will disrespect and deceive you, They give themselves a START UP tag and will force you to work all the time like machine but when it comes to growth and learning they always behave like arrogant people who tries to suppress your talent and urge to learn new things, Trust me it is worst company, go for better option if you don't believe my words then you can join and destroy your mindset which will further impact your life.

Every manager, senior manager specially that VIPUL JAIN that guy is a shit, he is the main reason to stop the growth, these people go with start up line for them, actually It will never grow and be like average company, leave this hell and go for better option.

Likes

If you had joined crownit and looking for a career and interpersonal growth then its sad to said you're in a wong platform. There is no new learning you will get working with Crownit. All they want you to do the task or assign work and if you want to add something with your ideas and suggestion they won't take it.

Dislikes

Lack of people management, Pathetic training structure with no product knowledge. Upper management have no idea how to manage people in his own team.

Was exposed to a variety of projects and handled a diverse portfolio of clients that led to intense learning and personal development.

Dislikes

Small company, struggles to meet targets. Although it has now been acquired by Ipsos, so hopefully things are better now. Extreme working hours, even on weekends. The operations team is extremely laid back, none of them work. Working with the operations and field teams is extremely stressful and exhausting.

Arrogant HR, dumb seniors, Fake CEO with fake promises and fake big smiles. They have no idea what are they doing....They just want fool investors and sell their shares...
