The compensation provided was too good. You get to work on the latest technologies. They ask employees to Work from home which saves a lot of commute time.

Growth is slow. There is no training given and the expectations and targets set are too high. There is absolutely no work-life balance. There is no work appreciation. The work pressure is too high. There is no job security, your job could be terminated without any good reason at a notice of 1 Day.
