Sometimes jobs are more and we need to extend our working hours to complete the work. Don't blame Cross Digital but customer demands are like that. We have to complete all work received the same day.

Sector l very strict timings. Lesser pay grade. No holidays. Getting leaves sanctioned for an appropriate reason also very tough. If performance go low employee will get insulted as in scolded infront of others. Upon wanting to resign one is never gonna get exp. certificate or anything.

Management are extremely helpful and pitch in at the times everyone need any kind help with related to work.

Work pressure. But we cannot blame the company for it as it’s customer demands are as such and because of cossdigital customers we are getting our salary month on month without fail.

It is Very good company for freshers to learn and gain some knowledge. But one thing you can not do is enjoyment it is very strict, about the office rules... For freshers, it is good to learn and a good opportunity... And there is no time limit for work.

I didn't like rules... Overall it's good...
