Hire and fire type company. No career and individual growth. Lots of politics. Managers, HRs and management are worst. Threatening environment. No bonuses or perks. No standard at all. Very high attrition rate.
It's a not really great company to make an BPO carrier, poor work culture, management differentiate between male and female employees, female employees get work from home, male employee get wfh only for 3 days in one month. Too much tenured undergraduate employees got promoted as a leader and process trainers they won't even have basic knowledge of how to deal with new joines, they won't respect employees hired from outside whether they are experienced once or fresher, they treat everyone as a fresher and will start domanating them, very poor work culture, core night shifts with no transport and no food facilities at night shifts you have to manage your own food for night shifts, while taking breaks, each and every time you have to punch your card as well as you have to mark your break on specific break tracker, most of the undergraduate poor English communication skills senior employees will always track your break and will unnecessary dominate you. Poor traning, you will hardly get 1 week of training, 2 days classroom and rest is buddyup with already working employees, after this you will get your daily production and quality target's you have to achieve it anyhow else you need to extend your shifts, you have to face dirty politics of tenured employees and leaders, tenured employees, process trainers and leaders are the decision makers in this company, HR and management team will only take any decisions by consulting with them, newly joined employees are nothing to them, whether that newly joined employe is experienced one or fresher.
It is the worst company I have ever seen in my life , you will not be judged by your performance rather you will be judged by how you make your senior manager feel about themself , I have been mentally torchered here by the manager and TL , please don't join and waste your precious time in this unprofessional and unethical company
