Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

Need atleast good salary improvement or give bonus on diwali or some good location for picnic and reward on good works over is good

Give equal opportunity to all employees also male staff to be bahave disciplines on floor or not used abusing words..

Promotion, salary hike, NO satisfactory solution on employee concern if its medical base. Poor salary hike after promotion, employee have to survive with less money that to in different locations. Suggestions would be if any promotion transfer employee should get market correction in salary. No handholding for any concern, no motivation factor + OJT not covered after promotion

Good work environment,Company polices are good especially appraisals are fair and good salary high and bonus every year

... ungenuine meetings. Company doesn’t care about your physical and mental health. Internal promotions is like you’re just changing the name of your current profile with minimal salary hike. Lots of politics. No one care for your efforts just results are matters. You will get zero support or response from you reporting manager and entire HR team when u need specially when it is some personal ask. Overall company destroying employees personal life to achieve their targets with ungenuine ask.
