...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The real strength of Croda is its strong legacy products driven by high standards and ethics!! Really liked the process driven approach and encourage a good work life balance.

Dislikes

What breaks this high standards is the local mentality of few members of senior management. They only look for quantity rather than quality. There is lot of partiality towards their 'own' people and have totally spoilt the hard built soulful culture that it once had!!!

It's a great organisation to boot our skills and management. It's always supports it's employees to grow in the field of chemical. Safety for employees always on the top level. They never feels you that your the employee, they feels that we are the partner for them and make growth for them.
