Dislikes

They force you to work 24/7. No appreciation only politics. They don't pay any over time. They call you even midnight at 2 AM and ask to work. They will provide 15 - 20 earned leaves but won't let you apply. They don't even have an office. Asked us to work on mats. No cafeteria and No lunch space.

Likes

Learned a lot from training sessions. Salary will be credited on time.

Dislikes

No proper accommodation, full of politics, no proper requirement gatherings, No HR team available in Vijayawada office, short deadlines, No senior support for junior developers, Need to work every weekend. No holidays for festivals and elections

Likes

Company provides good work-life balance and good salary at the time of joining. Other than this nothing is good in the organization to talk about.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Worst Leadership. No job security at all. Need to get scared about our job as there will be no idea. The newly hired HR Director who got red BGV report is still continuing in the organization with the support of Global HR and CEO which in case of other employees they will be asked to leave the organization. And the total HR team got vanished within 3 months of hiring of new HR Director and the new team has been brought into the organization who also have fake or moonlighting experience. Worst work culture example set by leadership team.

...e like a lamb and listen to your manager. if not ur job is gone within seconds. no promotions and salary hikes.

...R team is very friendly with the employees. Onboarding process is very smooth. Good at Leave policy, work environment, work life balance and compensation.
