Salary give every month on fix date and increment give also every year. Sales job is good.

Work life balance is nothing, all 6 days working and month closing dates if sunday than come. No HR policy get work. Workload so high because he did not recruitment sufficient staff they want one person can do everything. Back office and opration people work is under presure all the time.

Some of the units are ruled by uneducated contract owners they're cutoff the salary of workers every day and also cutoff the one month salary when the time of reliving.

...nd old staffs treat you as a slave guy. Continuously dominating contract staffs. Contract staffs salary is very low compares to company staffs. Girls are getting Higher salary then contract staffs boys. Hr will never appoint you as a company staff hr will appoint you as a contract staffs and give low salary compares to girls.
