Work life balance is nothing, all 6 days working and month closing dates if sunday than come. No HR policy get work. Workload so high because he did not recruitment sufficient staff they want one person can do everything. Back office and opration people work is under presure all the time.

Even if there is no stock in units, you still have to collect orders from dealer. We don't get required stock immediately. Alternative Saturday are off but you have to manage work over phone. Like wise Sundays also. You are not allowed to do the reports in office hours, you should do in in your personal time. Like I said there is nowork life balance. And the target they fix is impossible to achieve. Compare to last year sales it is 70% approximately higher this year. And the timing I mentioned below is just Office working hour.
