My company is best way for skill developers. I like the products manufacturing and exports in better quality. Many training programs are conducted to renew the developers mind. Friendly environment helps to learn in all paths. Employee re-hire policy is there. CRI for high-quality products.

No Job security , No training programs ,Not Given Notice period,Cri wires Division every 3 or 6 months sales Executive was changed. Immediately Relive Employee Duties No Job Security No training programs Not support from Higher authority I am saying who is Experienced profile candidates not Accepting cri wires and Pumps offers Your feature is Breakdown.

Salary give every month on fix date and increment give also every year. Sales job is good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is nothing, all 6 days working and month closing dates if sunday than come. No HR policy get work. Workload so high because he did not recruitment sufficient staff they want one person can do everything. Back office and opration people work is under presure all the time.

Some of the units are ruled by uneducated contract owners they're cutoff the salary of workers every day and also cutoff the one month salary when the time of reliving.
