Working at Crewman Solution Private Limited has been challenging due to a lack of appreciation, limited opportunities for career and salary growth, the risk of sudden termination, and overall job insecurity. Additionally, we are called in for daily reporting even though we submit our work report by the end of the day via email. The management constantly hovers over us, creating a very unpleasant work environment. When joining, they promise everyone an increment after six months, but they never follow through.

The work culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative, making it a ideal environment for both personal and professional growth. The management team is approachable , supportive and fully transparent .

There's truly nothing to dislike about this company, anyone who has issues with it likely isn't fully committed to their career. A workplace with such a pleasant culture provide the ideal environment for personal and professional growth and if someone cant adopt to that they may struggle to succeed elsewhere.

Worst Work culture, Owner always sit with you from morning to end of the day and starring like a fool. and no promotion on time fire without any reason. Please do not apply there they will ruin your carrier.
