In Covid, if there is project, you will get salary with 20%cut and if incase on bench, you will not get salary.

Dislikes

No cabs, no support for transfer laptops at home in covid and forcing you to come office to collect it.

There is no limit to what you can learn here, in terms of new technologies and tools, hardly possible at MNCs. If you can put in the time, company will compensate accordingly.

Nothing as such, just usual small organisation (logistically) issues like shorter projects.
