Job security - Good

Dislikes

1. Administration is so weak. 2. Policy to manage the corporate culture is missing, I don't think it is going to ever establish 3. Appraisal are very weak in terms of financial growth. 4. Interview process and rounds are very very poor. Intentionally they keep easy going interview round to make sure hiring happen and project run anyhow.

...asically continuing discrimination and still hiding behind some stupid policies. Company has very poor implementation of benefits and zero bonus no matter how hard you work. WFH is available if you can get permission. If you are a girl, it becomes piece of cake and if you are a boy then Good luck my friend. The simple way was to have fixed WFH Count for every year allowed to you where you can take when you need as per your requirements. Instead, some people will get months of WFH and others will have to get a decent reason even for 1 or 2 day of WFH. Overall it’s a mixed bag.

Nothing as such but it give very handsome salary in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

The company primarily focuses on maintenance services and doesn't offer app development to clients. As a result, you haven't had the opportunity to gain experience in building apps from scratch. Your major work will be the testing (70%) and bug solving(30%) as a software engineer, you rarely get any the development work here.
