Nice company to work with especially the work culture and colleagues. Lots of project at different crm. Company culture is well equipped and employees satisfaction are maintained and monitored. PF , CL, EL, SL leave encashment (after one year) are provided based on employee profile and designation. (After completion of probation period). Seniors are supportive, HRs are decent. 10-7 job. On-site job (in some cases wfh are allowed).

Dislikes

Company should allocate time for employees skill development strategies. Company can spend a bit on employees technical training. I live in Kolkata, the worst part is no leave on durga puja till ashtami. 😫 Should provide performance (halaf yearly/quarterly) bonuses to motivate employees.

Females are harassed and humiliated. Work on weekends bad digital marketing manager, very arrogant HR dept is rude Old employees are spoiling and ruining the company Sweet words in front of you, then they take you to a room to bully and corner you! Not suitable for females because of bad work culture.

The things i love at Crescentek is the work culture, location & helpful people no politics. I Always giving people opportunity to learn new things.

Dislikes

Little far from my place so planning to shift at a near location so i dont have to commute longer.
