...t. Ltd since April 2021 as Graphic Designer, sharing my review about company. 1. I would Like to start with Salary timing, on 1st of Every month Salary is credited at any cost (2 times late in 2 year due to Long Business Week off). 2. I feel Company is always care for us specially top management always help every employee for Continues Learning, work Innovation, Skill Development and much more. 3. Very Friendly HR Policies my colleagues are always helpful to me. Work Culture is very good and very Professional, after the experience of 9 year in different industry and different Company i found this company has 0 (Zero Politics). 4. I am very impress with company's initiative "Book Reading Session" after everyday prayer at sharp 10:00 am, i am very enjoying it. don't know other too or not. overall i found this company very professional and well disciplined recommend you to join it.

Dislikes

over all not that much dislike but i can say i can't use my mobile while office timings (Except Lunch Break or any Necessary work) but that also very helpful to me to focus on my work. other than that not any dislikes.

1. Political office environment. Directors, Top manager always look for political plan. Karni or katni me kaafi fark hota h humeshaa. Also having lot arrogant attitude 2. Phones are not allowed. Entering in office should get cut from outer world. Company provide phone but not everyone 3. Work are assigned for after office hour on the name of personal development 4. fake promises by hr about company will provide courses, if any employee want to develop their skill. Infact they will eat your personal time also by providing books that you have to read at home and give speech about chapter. Its not necessary everyone want to read that particular, everyone have their choice of subject to read. company should not force what to read and what not in employee personal time. 5. Fake Promise of paying salary on 1st of month. Reality they credit salary by 15-20th of month 6. No rules will be told while interview. But they starting telling you one by one as you join, starting with phone not allowed. You are not left with any option, you have accepted company offer letter and resigned from previous company job. First day I was really tense what my family think when they call me and find phone is not picked up for long hours. In lunch time, when we can use phone first thing did called to my family to inform about new company rule that phone not allowed has to be submitted 7. No notice will be provided before terminating from job. Govt should make strict rule against such termination. If you have any other offer letter with less buck than this crescent offer. I would suggest go for other one. Dont join this company. 90% employee of this company are not job satisfied and arrogant

Kar-khana would be better place instead of working in this third class company. Worst working culture. Working here is better to stay jobless. Office politics at its peak. Top management is womaniser. Chinese goods trading company, and will say make in India in portfolio. Worst decision of life is to join this shit company. Work start with full of dramas Book reading session - first understand the nonsense concept and then explain to fellows, then some Cwill give there opinion, full on drama. Long working hours. Worst management. Bhaiyo-Baheno apna kimti samay Bachao, koi dusri jagah pe jao.

All the good comments, are forcefully instructed by its management. They will give you the script. HR policy - at time of interview they will not share you anything, after joining you will be shocked after knowing the chicken shit policy. All old staff is not more than clowns, they are puppets, took care by management - Kaha jayega bichare itne competition me. Time waste, you are not going learn anything here. Your skill will become un-skill in this worst company. Stay away from this company, you will not regret.

I love the opportunity and exposure given to me and space for growth, there is always something new to learn and I never get tired of routine. In my 12 years career this is the only company I found who is concern about employee empowerment,training and development, I see myself here today tomorrow and may be fore next 10 years

We are towards automation so avoiding manual work is our target

A culture very Good in crescent every week Technical training including by all india Sales team.

Dislikes

There is no job security in crescent. The expenses of crescent are very less in comparison to others company.
