Job security, they will kick you over a phone call. Owner of the company are always doubting your work and a lot of interference is there Join this company at your own risk They also purchased great place to work It's a pathetic place of work No work life balance Will ruin your carrier Their HR are showing everything good but inside they are horrible Your in hand salary will be very less They offer a lot of variable salary but it's of no use I request don't join this thrash

Etc

1) dust area 2) power cut 3) company beside drain are not clean.

Teammates are much supportive, job security is up to the mark, salary depends upon the qualification, politics become a culture in almost every company, but the working environment is better as compared to others Iron casting company.

Dislikes

...slower (if you do something innovative, that might take a boost in your growth). Salary hike is bit low for the staff, but for management stuff its better.

The company culture was good.. I have grown myself there in a learning environment.. I was happy to be part of their innovative team members..

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.. The work pressure is very high.. Sometimes I had to work 13-14 hours straight in a day

The fact that we can constantly learn and develop our skillset has attracted me the most about Crescent. I have got great exposure in practical field of HR under the guidance of my mentor and I really enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.It indeed matches the certification of great place to work .
