Politics of old employees I personally feel. You never know when and by whom you're judged . Highest people are hard to reach and to show your strength personally along department.

Support word is not in the dictionary of Crescent. They fired hundreds of staffs during this pandemic and even did not bother to pay the one month salary if the company sacks its employees even after giving it written on the appointment letter. Lack of morale and idealism.

Dislikes

The most important this is that you will never get an appreciation even if you die for them. They are not true to their words and gives false hope to its staffs. Never except any kind ofsupport from their end.
