There isn't a single thing to appreciate about this company.

...ners display a remarkable lack of sympathy & empathy toward their staff members. Their policies are equally concerning; being even a minute late to work results in half day's salary deduction. To make matters worse, the company has a habit of calling employees well past working hours, sometimes as late as 11 PM or even midnight. In terms of employee benefits, sick leave is non-existent, & I found myself showing up to the office even when I was unwell. Failure to do so resulted in immediate salary deductions. The company even monitors restroom breaks, leading to a highly embarrassing situation for me as a female employee. I was terminated on one occasion for taking a slightly longer restroom break. This incident highlights the company's lack of compassion & disregard for basic human rights. The rudeness & insensitivity of the company owners & management are deeply disheartening. It is incomprehensible that they would question an employee's basic right to use the restroom, an essential fundamental necessity. It is evident that many individuals continue to work here solely out of a sense of responsibility toward their families.

...r market standards , even freshers earn more than experineced in Software Team. Salary on time. Minimum salary to software team is 15LPA

Pathetic HR , very much confused and false promise on recruitment. Incentives are not paid in time.

The salary is extremely high as compared to other company. Anyone can get easily 10LPA + being fresher. Low work pressure

Bad office location and worst offlice corner. No learning and bonus are not paid in time.

...ew bad comments here but during my tenure I haven't encounter with such issue. But best part is for the sales team they get really huge incentive almost double then the salary.

Nothing as such but few things are link there is no good food kart outside the office you have to order from online app.

I would say great salary as per market competion and number of years experience. No hr policies and flexible management.

...hey create a monopoly. No wlb they call after office hours and saturday working. you get late by 10 minutes salary deduction. No growth mindset. Everyone leaves after 2-3 months. You will only make calls calls calls calls b2c.
