Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

nothing beacuse all they do is lie to employee

everything because they did not pay my hard earned salary for 2 months and they put fake allegation just to keep your money with them and they bluntly say they will not give any salary because you have joined other company. All their tactics to rob your money and for doing parties with that money. Such a beggar GM.

Company’s management interference is too much.. one cannot take initiative and make changes if you want to…for the betterment of the comp….which leads to de motivation….even though you are right at your end…we have to follow the management instructions no matter what…

Communication skills improved.

Management is terrible , especially The Manager. They deduct uselessly. Every month they used to deduct 750 for medical security , but never gave us any card . Useless penalties every month
