People are good, Salary on time. It's an okay starter job but not a full time thing.

Dislikes

Incentives not on time. During hiring HR will tell you 3 months, but it takes minimum 6 months to come for an individual month. If you have financial commitments then this job is not for you, because you can't depend on incentives, half of it will never come and whatever is coming that is also not on time. Getting leaves even for 3-4 days is hard.

Good Salary offered. Good mentorship by Sameer and Sourabh. Training programs are really good. Expansion into hospitality and Home interiors

Dislikes

There is a penalty If you are late more than 3 times in a month. There is a buffer time of 10 mins but company needs to be flexible for employees coming from far places.

I've been with the company for nearly 1.7 years now, and my experience as a fresher has been quite positive. Initially, under different management, the work culture was exceptional, emphasizing employee satisfaction and motivation, which made a significant impact. Another aspect I appreciated was the incredible support from managers, whether team leaders or regional heads. Their guidance has been invaluable. Lastly, what really motivated me to come to the office every day were my colleagues, who quickly became good friends.

There are several issues I've encountered during my time at this company: 1. When I was hired, I was informed that I would need to visit the site twice a week, typically on weekends. However, in reality, I've had to commute to the site three to four times a week. The site is located 30 to 40 km away from both my residence and the office, making the commute incredibly challenging. Clear communication about these expectations during the interview process would have been helpful. 2. Despite working here for approximately 1.7 years, I have not received any appraisal from the company. This lack of recognition has left many employees feeling demotivated. When inquiring about appraisals and discussing my hard work with management, it often feels like our efforts are ignored, which is disappointing and demoralizing. 3.Regarding appraisals, In the event that the company decides to grant appraisals, the increment percentage for employees typically hovers around 2% of their salary. It's worth noting that each property sale generates between 10 to 15 lakhs for the company. 4. Another significant issue is the delay in receiving incentives. It typically takes 6 to 7 months to receive incentives after they are due. Recently, I left the company after discussing my pending incentive with management, who assured me I would receive it promptly. However, it's been approximately 5 months since I left, and I still haven't received my incentive. Think before you join !

Starting from the Interview process till date, things have been smooth and easy! It's been a month and l am very happy to be the part of Credvest, as the work culture and environment is very pleasant and good. So far it's been a wonderful journey and looking forward to having a long-term relationship with Credvest.

Dislikes

It's a 6 days working job! But, it would be better if we can get off for 2 days as we need time to rest and come back to work with the same good energy.

Two wheeler parking facility near the office is not organized. This needs to be organized.
