No work pressure at all

Your work is unnoticed and there is no poromotion in terms of position. Yes you do have increments starting from 10% to 20% and a yearly bonus. No value to the suggestions given by an employee from minor level. Your extra efforts are not appreciated at all. No vocational training. No new skill training. No team outtings and no team enjoyment. They just overload you with work and even after that there is no appreciation.

Nothing good to say coz am the only person who's salary was delayed 55 days not once but twice & the management just had lame excuses to give

In lockdown company made it mandatory to work for 12 hrs & with no incentive & no comp off even their is no incriment for next 2 years

Excellent place to be , recognition, appreciation, work satisfaction, however no consideration on growth wrt monetary value .

No Growth, no acknowledgement on inputs given at the start of work where company stood and where we got them 5 years later

No pressure, no targets, no work burden, MD is good.

General manager of bangalore unit is not recognising the performance of the employees. Increment provided only for "buckets". No need of showing hardwork. Just go with a bucket behind GM

I was working as a store manager in mufti exclusive brand outlet 3 years but not a company payrolle.So i don't like this proccess
