Politics in office and pleasing culture. Baised senior. No discussions for feedbacks. Bad quality of work. Zero learning. No discipline and abide by the policies for employees. HR and boss maintaining does not maintain privacy for private discussion between employees. In short wastage of time and knowledge in this company.

Likes

Company has a good infrastructure and also providing a very good salary PKG. Providing all necessary facilities to the employees. Everything is on time at the company level.

Dislikes

There is no dislikes on the company level but yes The center head of Mumbai center is doing a politics and harrassing employees who all against of that and puting them on bench or putting them into PIP without giving any prior intimation. He is doing buyers to his GF doing fraud with company. Mis use of the designation and company HR Sandhya goyal is supporting him in all this nonsense activities

I like the work life balance and chill environment in the office. Management is approachable, salary comes on the time. Salary and benefits are better compared to other companies for the same work. Work flexibility is also commendable. Some people particularly Siddiqi and Khera understand the people and their work, I liked working with them.

Dislikes

Work is monotonous and boring. Office location is also not good in terms of hygiene and far from the metro. Management acts on the maneuvered information, and promotes on the basis of buttering. Opportunity for growth and learning is very minimal. The company is okay for short term.

One has to flatter for appraisal, not everyone is supported, Alisha pip agents tak ke promotion hote h but jo kam accha karta h uska nhi hote h wo sirf Kam hi karte h senior ki chatta uska ka promotion.

There is lot pressure form the south team manager. There is no proper salary incentives, and lot of deductions while in salary no proper response from hr also. Worst company I have faced
