Nothing to like about firing people like hell, its very hard to work in the HR Department of this company as they will not give any respect to HRs only thing they care is sales BDAs

Dislikes

Nothing good everything is worst and no respect to its HR employees, No job security they will pay you well while hiring and may give beyond market expectations but while firing they will fire you in a single day without giving any notice.

Likes

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

When I was working that time salary was on time 1st of calender.

Management and seniors behaviour where worst means, if I say that today byju's is surviving any type of conditions any type of typical situation just because of the management and senior behaviours and nothing else.

Likes

Everything related to work life balance, your growth and your happiness in the company is completely related to your boss. Because there is no policy in place to support any employees in Byju's.

Dislikes

...will be next in layoff list. No proper growth and guidance in your portfolio. Salary deductions will out any reason. PF for sep 2022 to Jan 2023 is not credited mentioning that company is not having money. Mico management at the peak, so that employees will leave their own.

when it comes to salary it is good, but they never see there employee as human, no leaves, no permission, always over time work, over target, many fake promises, etc, worst as a company organisation
