...f work pressure, No professional behaviour and manner from the upper management. They love to discuss personal life's of employees infront of everyone, loves gossips, lack of training, salary is not as per market standards.

Company might be good in specific departments but I worked with letter team which had terrible management.

...in the letter team everyone is frustrated and want to leave as soon as possible. Don't get lured by the salary they offered it's now worth it.

Company provide nice salary but there is no incentives and night allowance. Work culture is depend on you how you behave.
